Looking to the future
Based in our Retail Operations area you will assist Barclays' customers with general account administration, specific mortgage administration or telephony customer contact.  This is a key role helping to provide the world class service that our customers have come to expect. This is a varied and rewarding position that also involves offering efficient and organised administrative support, and being a part of the Barclays team means that you know you'll have the support and guidance when you're ready to move to the next level in your career.
 
What you'll give our customers
You'll help with the administration of our customer accounts from all around the globe, including dealing with any associated questions or queries, providing clear, professional and well reasoned correspondence to all account-related enquiries, and following-up on all escalated queries through to satisfactory resolution. You'll also look to the future, suggesting improvements to procedures and processes and building your skills and expertise through training.
